Jaycie Fuller – Usability Testing Feedback
I reviewed the Introduction/Overview/Start Here section and completed an activity from the first module. Overall, the course was easy to navigate, and the directions were clear. I liked that the Start Here section gave me a good understanding of what the course was about before I began the module. The content was well organized, and I could find the materials I needed without much difficulty.
One area for improvement would be making the directions for some activities more specific. Adding a short checklist or clearly identifying what to complete before moving to the next section could help students know exactly what is expected. I also think clearly labeling the most important links or resources would make navigation even easier.
Overall, the course felt organized and student-friendly. With a few small adjustments to directions and navigation, I think students could move through the course more independently.
Creshia Small – Usability Testing Feedback
After reviewing the Start Here section and completing part of the first module, I thought the course balanced information, visuals, and student activities well. The course was easy to follow, and I could understand the purpose of the learning activities. I especially liked that students have opportunities to interact with the content instead of only reading information.
One suggestion would be to reduce the amount of information students see at one time. Breaking some sections into smaller pieces or using shorter directions could help students who become overwhelmed easily. It may also be helpful to add more visual cues, such as icons, headings, or buttons that clearly show students where to go next.
The course has a strong foundation, and the learning activities match the overall purpose. More visual organization would help students navigate the course with greater confidence.
Stephanie Hernandez – Usability Testing Feedback
I reviewed the course introduction and completed an activity from the first instructional module. The overall course structure was clear, and I liked that the Start Here section explained the course expectations and provided resources before students began the instructional content. The activities also seemed connected to the learning goals and gave students opportunities to demonstrate what they learned.
One area I would recommend improving is the consistency of navigation throughout the course. Using the same format for each module, such as an overview, directions, activity, and completion check, could help students know what to expect each time they enter a new module. I also think adding a brief reminder at the end of each section telling students what to do next would be helpful.
Overall, I found the course easy to use and engaging. The biggest improvement would be a more consistent structure so students can focus on learning rather than figuring out where to go next.
