Innovation Plan - Why, How, What

Innovation Plan

The Golden Circle Framework

Why (Purpose)

We believe learning should empower individuals to think critically, take ownership, and use their voice to create meaningful change in a digitally connected world (Sinek, 2009; Harapnuik, n.d.).

How (Process)

We do this by designing significant learning environments that prioritize choice, ownership, voice, and authentic learning experiences supported by purposeful technology integration (Harapnuik, n.d.).

What (Result)

We develop confident, adaptable learners and leaders who are capable of applying digital tools to solve real-world problems and lead positive organizational change (Sinek, 2009).

Speaking to the Heart & Creating Urgency

Emotional Foundation

The Why statement serves as the emotional foundation of this innovation plan by aligning with shared beliefs about the purpose of learning. Simon Sinek (2009) emphasizes that people are inspired by purpose, not products or tasks.

"By centering the Why on empowerment, ownership, and voice, this innovation plan speaks to the heart of stakeholders who want learning to be meaningful and transformative rather than compliance-driven."

Creating Urgency

According to Kotter (2012), sustainable change requires establishing a sense of urgency that moves people beyond comfort and complacency. In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, maintaining traditional instructional models without intentional innovation risks leaving learners disengaged and underprepared.
